Bonny Reservoir and State Park - Located 32 miles north of Burlington, this beautiful reservoir and state park feature fishing, boating and sailing, swimming, water-skiing, camping and picnic areas, hunting, nature trails and wildlife viewing.
Doug Kissel Fishing Pond - Located centrally within the Town of
Limon along Main Street this is the perfect fishing hole for children.
Trout, Bass, Catfish and Bluegill abound
Flagler State Wildlife Area - Minutes from Flagler in eastern Kit Carson County, the Flagler State Wildlife Area provides ample opportunities for hunting, fishing and boating.
Hugo State Wildlife Area/Kinney Lake - Located just south of Hugo in Lincoln County, this area provides excellent fishing and hunting grounds for game birds, antelope and deer.
Karval Reservoir & State Wildlife Area - Also located in Lincoln County right outside Karval, this area provides excellent fishing and hunting grounds for game birds, antelope and deer.
Limon Wetlands - Located a short walk south of Doug Kissel Fishing
Pond, Limon Wetlands is a 14 acre site including four types of wetlands and
many varieties of wildlife.
